Typically we are looking at a 4-6 month time frame contingent on the type and square footage of the home
Can I change a floor plan or design.
We are a Custom Home Builder meaning we are here to personalize your new home to your specific needs and desires
Will we have direct contact with the Builder once we sign a contract?
The Builder is available to the Home Buyer throughout the entire building process. He will be on the job site and able to answer any questions that may arise. You will not be talking with a project manager you will be talking with the owner of the company.
What is involved in the final house closing.
We have a final orientation to familiarize you with how your new home works and the details of our work along with all of the warranties.
